1. Services

Steady Web Care provides recurring website maintenance and support services based on the plan selected by the customer. Exact inclusions are described on the pricing page.

2. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing, the customer authorizes recurring charges according to the selected plan.

3. Service scope

Standard maintenance does not include full redesigns, new website builds, custom application development, major malware reconstruction, hosting, domain fees, or third-party software costs unless separately agreed.

4. Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate website information, lawful access, and any third-party permissions needed for maintenance work.

5. Access and security

Customers should create a separate or temporary administrator account when requested. Customers should not send their primary password by ordinary email.

6. Additional work

Work outside the selected plan may be quoted separately and will only proceed after customer approval.

7. Cancellation

Customers may cancel before the next billing date. Unless otherwise stated, service remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
